All our brownies are baked fresh to order. All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed.
PLEASE NOTE: Where the dispatch date falls on a bank holiday, your order will be dispatched the following working day.
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.
We ship across all of UK.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, with full tracking details.
PLEASE NOTE: We advise based on Royal Mail guidelines for delivery. Tracked24 aims for NEXT DAY delivery, however, this is not something which can be guaranteed. Where any issue does occur, we will be more than happy to help. However, we accept no liability for any issues relating to delivery.
IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to ensure correct address and contact details are provided at the point of purchase. It is also your responsibility to ensure someone is present at the address to accept delivery of the item.
At The Dessert Unit, all of our brownies are made fresh to order, we do not accept any returns.
In the event an error has occurred on our behalf, eg incorrect item received, or any other sort of problem with your order, a refund or replacement order will be provided.
NOTE: While we take great care to ensure your item is packaged securely for delivery, breakages/damage can still occur on the odd occasion. We do not accept liability for the item once it has left our premises, therefore, this will not always guarantee a refund being issued. This will be circumstance dependant.
Any concerns need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will accept no liability for any complaints made outside of this timeframe.
NOTE: We may request photographs on certain occasions, depending on the circumstances.
